Abstract

This article aims at giving a comprehensive picture how three known projects such as Aligarh, DaarulUloom and NadwatulUlama paved the way for the Pan-Islamism among the Muslims of South Asia.The project of Pan-Islamism in South Asia influenced the Muslim community dreaming to rule the world. Sir Syed Ahmed Khan did really hard to support the project, on the other hand he was supporting the British rule.The article mentioned the role of the DaarulUloom in supporting the ideals of the Pan-Islamism. Many religious scholars hailing from the Deoband did much to produce huge body of literature in order to mobilize the public.The article reflected the very aspect of it. NadwatulUlama is one of the three crucial projects supporting the sentiments of the Pan-Islamism.
