Abstract

This article aims at indexing the books and articlesof Imtiaz Ali Khan Arshi. Mr. Arshi was widely known for his remarkable works of research and editing texts of classical literature. He himself indexed Urdu and Arabic manuscripts of Raza Library, Rampur, India. This article contains the index which is divided into these fields of studies for which Mr. Arshi has an unrivaled reputation: Ghalib studies; biographical notes (tazkire); linguistics; pedagogies; Arabic literature; Tafsir; History and indexing. The index also covers the articles of Mr. Arshi which is also divided subject wise.The indexreveals the books compiled in honor of Mr. Arshi. A list of the articles written in reviewing and analyzing the works of Mr. Arshi is also cited.
